Elys,

Mahabaleshwar is indeed a cool break from the dusty plains below. The smell of strawberries anywhere reminds me of the many trips that i have enjoyed there!!
Nice photos and write up

Excellent Travel Blog! Nice photos. We visited Mahabaleshwar about 6 years back. Our daughters had lot of strawberries. It is rare in India you see.
It was a good flashback .
Very  nicely written. The monkey and the flower in the garden photos are awesome

Thanks

Dear Elys,
I enjoyed reading  your blog on Mahableshwar. It brought back fond memories of several decades ago when my family used to go on family vacations from Mumbai. I used to enjoy the cool weather, the natural scenery and the Tableland and other delightful spots. I remember how excited I was the first time I saw hailstones there.  Now I see hailstones very often in Dallas, but  it does not bring back the same excitement I felt in Mahableshwar.
Regards,
Mercy
