Cucumber soup

This is a very delicious soup and intrestingly can be taken hot or after chilling,and is very easy to make too.

Ingredients:

2 finely chopped cucumbers
1 medium size finely chopped potato
1 1/2 tbsp pepper(grounded)
2 tbsp butter
4 cups milk
2 tbsp cornflour
salt(as per taste)

To make:

Heat the butter in a deep pan and add potatoes and cucumber.Saute it for 3-4 minutes.Add pepper and mix properly.Add milk slowly with continues stirring and simmer.Add salt.Mix cornflour with a little water and add to the soup while stirring it and let it boil for 10 minutes on low flame.If you have cut the cucumber or potato into big chunks u can grind the mixture after adding milk.Soup is ready after 10 minutes of low flame cooking.Serve hot or cool....tastes great both ways...Choice is yours...!!!
