Cheese and tomato macaroni

(serves 4)
Ingredients:

250 gms macaroni
50 ml tomato puree/tomato soup
1 onion (chopped)
3-5 pieces of cheese
2 bread slices
2-3 tbsp fresh cream

To make:
Cook the macaroni in plenty of salted boiling water.Chop the onion and fry in a pan with a teaspoon of oil till it turns golden brown.Add the soup/puree n still continously untill heated through.Now add the pieces of cheese n stirr till they melt completely till it takes the texture of sauce.When macaroni is cooked, strain and add to the sauce.Put it into a microwave dish and sprinkle on breadcrumbs and grated cheese and spill some fresh cream on it and pop in oven for 10 mins. 
Tip:You can add vinegar and soya sauce to enhance its flavour before you eat.
